• The management reserves the right to amend/add/delete any terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All prices are subject to 6% Government Services Tax.
• Rooms rate are subject to availability. 
• Guests can rest easy knowing there are carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, a security system, first aid kits, and window guards on site.
• This property ensures that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place. Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays and bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.
• Social distancing measures are in place. Staffs at the property wear personal protective equipment. Periodic temperature checks are conducted on staffs; temperature checks are available to guests, as well as hand sanitizers.
• Individually wrapped food options are available for each meal provided.
• Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 48 hours between bookings.
